Haven Health

Haven Health offers nursing and rehabilitation care from facilities throughout the state. The company Haven Health Group was incorporated in 2012.

Many of the facilities in the chain belonged to Infinia Health Care which filed for bankruptcy in 2003 after changes to Medicare reimbursement policies.
