Electronicfest is a swap meet and recycling event held by the boy scouts on the third Sunday at The Pavilions at Talking Stick in Scottsdale.
I love the idea of combing recycling with the swap meet as one never knows the value of the junk they are tossing out. Most junk is junk, but if something can be reused ... all the better.
